What is reported
- Rearming in the sortie. Whisper of the House (updated September 30, 2026): the base lets you resupply mid-mission, and the island confirms when it is ready to resupply you. It advises returning while you still have standard missiles and some special-weapon ammo, and not starting the landing while a bomber wave is closing on the island.
- Order of targets. The same guide says to intercept bomber waves first, clear fighters that interfere with that attack, and go back to bombers when AWACS calls them out. It recommends a repeatable air-to-air loadout over one built for a single elite target.
- Length and payout. Gamerblurb: the mission is long, and the final payout "can be huge", with no figure. It is the only one of Missions 16, 27 and 28 where rearming is mentioned, and it is recommended when you also need aircraft kills or other combat milestones.
- Score is not MRP. Whisper of the House (updated September 30, 2026) shows a HUD score of 33,960 and warns it is mission score, not an MRP balance.
What is missing
There is no published MRP per run or clear time for Mission 28, so we cannot rank it against Mission 16 and do not claim it beats it. One reason it can still win in practice is that a rearm loop removes the loading between runs, which the other missions pay every few minutes. If you have timed a full Mission 28 run and know the MRP you received, send it in and it will be added to the ranking.
For comparison, the Mission 16 page has 70,880 MRP per 3:12 run and the Mission 27 page has the long-session figures.
Mission 28 FAQ
Is Mission 28 the best MRP farm?
Many guides say so, but none publishes an MRP per hour figure for it, so the claim cannot be checked against Mission 16 here.
How do I rearm in Mission 28?
Return to the base on the island before you run out of standard missiles and special-weapon ammo, and avoid landing while a bomber wave is closing on it.
