The short version
- The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you type in (current MRP, aircraft you own) are not sent to us and are not stored.
- The site has no accounts, no comment section and no forms, so we do not collect names, email addresses or passwords.
- We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, Cloudflare to deliver the site, and we plan to show ads through Google AdSense. These services can set cookies or read device identifiers, as described below.
Information collected automatically
Server and network logs (Cloudflare)
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp to serve the page, block abuse and measure performance. Cloudflare may also run a privacy-focused web analytics beacon that reports page performance without using cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find the site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) and receives your IP address, device and browser details, approximate location and the pages you view. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default and are only enabled if you give consent through the site's consent message. You can also block Google Analytics for all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We plan to display advertising served by Google AdSense. Whenever ads are shown on this site, the following applies:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- Ads can be personalized or non-personalized. Personalized ads use data such as your browsing activity and, where permitted, require your consent.
You can control personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. Visitors in Europe can use youronlinechoices.eu. More detail is in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Ads are shown only on pages with original content. We never ask visitors to click an ad, and we do not click ads on our own site.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own. Cookies and similar identifiers come only from the services above (Google Analytics, Google AdSense and Cloudflare). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The calculator keeps working without them, although ads may then be less relevant.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not hold a profile of individual visitors. The data described above is held by Google and Cloudflare under their own policies, so requests about that data are best made through the tools linked in this policy. For anything else, write to contact@ac8mrp.com.
Children
This site is a game reference tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
Pages may link to other websites. We do not control their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
If we change how data is handled, for example by adding another advertising or analytics service, we will update this page and the date at the top.
